Thank you for the opportunity to put this proposal together. Kimberly, it was a genuine pleasure speaking with you last week.

Kimberly mentioned the culture of caring you're building at Choices Healthcare, and I'd love to be part of that work. Cultures of caring and cultures of innovation grow from the same root: leaders who recognize and unleash the creative strengths of everyone on their team and build an environment where they can thrive. That's the work I'd love to do with you.

I've designed three options to fit different timelines and budgets:

Team Innovation SPRINT

Half-Day up to 4 Hours | Virtual or On-Site

Overview

The Team Innovation Sprint is a focused half-day (up to 4 hours) built on data about your team: your creative genius types, what's fueling and blocking your culture, and where you're at risk of losing your best people. The session is then designed around your team's single highest-leverage opportunity area, not a generic template.

This is more than team-building. It's a fast, focused way to start recognizing and unleashing the creative genius on your team.

Before the Session

  • The Hodges 12 for Teams™ Assessment for every participant (includes individual 12 Types of Creative Genius™ profile per person)

The Half Day

Team Innovation INTENSIVE

Full Day up to 8 Hours |  On-site Session 

Overview

The Team Innovation Intensive starts with data about your team and builds a full day around exactly those findings, not a generic template. We go deep on your team's top three opportunity areas and end with a signed Radical Teamwork™ Charter: your team's 30-day commitments to each other.

This is more than team-building. It's how leaders recognize and unleash the creative genius already on their team to drive performance and innovation.

Everything Included in the Half-Day Sprint, plus:

Before the Session

  • Customized Workshop Design tailored to your team's three specific opportunity areas

The Full Day

  • Full-day on-site workshop (up to 8 hours) with Dr. Heather Hodges

  • Deep training across your team's top 3 opportunity areas (the Sprint covers 1), with each area getting its own dedicated working session

  • Hands-on team activities drawn from the Radical Teamwork™ Card Deck, LEGO® Serious Play®, communication training, and culture-building exercises, customized to each opportunity area

  • Live action commitments captured for each opportunity area

  • Team Culture Charter signed with specific 30-day commitments to each other

After the Session

  • 2-Week Email Follow-Up with reflection prompts and reinforcements for each participant

  • 30-Day Strategic Zoom with Leaders to review progress and next steps

Investment

Below is our non-profit pricing for these programs. Travel and expenses are included in the proposal so there are no surprises for anyone.

1. Half-Day (up to 4 hours) Virtual Team Innovation SPRINT: $2,500

2. Half-Day (up to 4 hours) In-Person Team Innovation SPRINT: $5,500

3. Full-Day (up to 8 hours) In-Person Team INTENSIVE: $7,500 featured rate ($10,500 standard rate)

Choices Healthcare is invited to a featured case study rate on the Team Innovation INTENSIVE. In exchange: a brief leadership testimonial and workshop footage, with participant consent secured in advance.

This investment also includes:

- One discovery call with the leadership team to personalize the program to your organization

- One pre-brief call to review team results and align on program goals

- Hodges 12 Types of Creative Genius™ individual assessments for each team member with personalized profile

- Hodges 12 for Teams™ assessment, analysis, and team report

- All workshop materials
