CrossFit Micro-Class – 1 hour: (up to 6 people in class)
2 days/wk – $140 per month
3 days/wk – $200 per month
Drop in rate – $20 per class
Kettlebell Class – 30 minutes: (up to 10 people in class)
1 day/wk – $40 per month
2 days/wk – $65 per month
3 days/wk – $75 per month
4 days/wk – $85 per month
Drop in rate – $15 per class
Platinum Unlimited:
Includes CrossFit and/or Kettlebell Classes
5 days/wk – $275 per month
Personal Training: (1-2 people)
$50 an hour for 1-on-1 training Buy 8 sessions in advance = $45/ hour ($360) or buy 12 sessions in advance = $40/hour ($480)
$40 an hour per person for 2-on-1 training Buy 8 sessions in advance (Both athletes must pay in advance) = $35/hour per person ($280) or buy 12 sessions in advance = $30/hour per person ($360)
Missed Class/Make-Up Policy
If you miss a class, you can make it up under these guidelines:
1. You must notify your coach in advance that you will miss a class.
2. You missed for a good reason; oversleeping, or not feeling like working out are not good reasons.
3. You will need to get approval from your coach to make up your class and ensure there is room in that class
5. Class credits will not roll-over into the next month of programs, except under extreme circumstances that have been approved by management. These credits will be provided in cases such as injury, family issues, work/travel that can not be avoided. Once again, please notify your coach before the missed class or extended absence. If you gain approval to make up a missed class or classes, you must make them up within the month. If you get approval to roll over class credits into the next month, they must be used within 30 days. All class credits expire within 90 days of purchase.
Refunds:
Refunds will be provided due to permanent relocation or disability. Refunds will not be given under any other circumstances.
Personal Training Packages:
All personal training packages must be used within 60 days of purchase.
