Personal training is a very effective way to lose weight, get healthy, and build muscle.  Many of my clients prefer to begin with 1-on-1 training as they get started on the road to fitness.  It will jump start your training, teach you the basic CrossFit movements and lifts, help you gain confidence, lose weight, build muscle and give you a solid fitness foundation. As your personal CrossFit trainer I provide:

  • guidance and coaching on reaching your goals
  • education about strength training, Olympic lifting and metabolic conditioning
  • nutritional counseling through Dr. Sear’s Zone Diet and the Paleo Diet
  • a reason to show up at the gym each week
  • accountability and encouragement
  • ways to help track your progress
  • ways to manage muscle recovery through Trigger Point soft tissue manipulation
  • weekly emails to check on your progress outside the gym
  • supplementation counseling

Each session lasts about an hour. Our first meeting is devoted to assessing your fitness level, taking body measurements, exercise and health history and your personal goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, have your body fat tested, a “before picture” taken and to answer specific questions about your goals.  I will evaluate your current nutritional plan and water intake.. For the remaining portion of the first session you will learn several basic CrossFit movements and then will do a workout that incorporates those movements.

Based on your fitness assessment and goals, I will customize every workout to help you achieve your goals.  CrossFit workouts are never dull, but constantly varied, challenging and fun. I want you to enjoy exercise as much as possible, and you will leave feeling tired but alive and energized.

$50 an hour for 1-on-1 training Buy 8 sessions in advance = $45/ hour ($360) or buy 12 sessions in advance = $40/hour ($480)

$40 an hour per person for 2-on-1 training Buy 8 sessions in advance (Both athletes must pay in advance) = $35/hour per person  ($280) or buy 12 sessions in advance = $30/hour per person ($360)
