CrossFit

I’m a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, Kettlebell Instructor, Olympic Lifting Certified and a CrossFit Kids trainer. This is what the founder of CrossFit Coach Greg Glassman has to say about CrossFit.

“CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. They are Cardiovascular and Respiratory endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges.”

I have seen ordinary people (like me) do amazing things because of CrossFit.  I am stronger, faster, and more fit now than I was as a college athlete. I love to see adults and kids alike build confidence, get stronger, lose weight, come off antidepressants, improve their health, no longer need insulin, get in ridiculously good shape and believe in themselves. CrossFit simply works! Yeah, it’s hard, but it’s also a heck of a lot of fun! Challenge yourself, you’re worth it!
