It was great to have everyone come out to participate in the free workout on Saturday to cap off our 8 Week Challenge.  A big congratulations to our first and second place winners from each team.  Black Team first place: Delanie Weigand and Second place Michelle Latson.  Red Team first place Nicole Draguicevich and Second place Ron Clarkson.  I’m very proud of each and everyone of you who completed the Challenge and honored to be your trainer and friend.
