“Fit Kids” of Round Rock

Our new “Fit Kids” class in Round Rock is taking off and having tons of fun! This CrossFit kids style class for ages 7-17 meets on Tuesday / Thursday from 4:15-5:00pm at Heather’s Garage Gym.

Tuesday’s WOD: 3 Rounds for Max Reps (30 seconds at each element)

Dumb Bell Push Press, Pull Ups, Single Unders, Dips, Kettlebell Swings

Game: “Asteroid Attack”: Athletes stand in a circle with one person in the middle.  On the count of 3 all athletes toss their ball up so the person in the middle can catch it.  Object is for the person in the middle to catch as many balls as possible.  (team work, hand eye coordination, FUN!)
