Really increase your water intake during the cleanse and try to avoid dairy, white starches, sugar, rice, pasta, (which I know you already do), all fried foods and trans fats. Of course eat plenty of vegetables. Good luck!
Heather, What is the prescribed eating plan for this cleanse? Is it only the meal replacement shakes for the first 10 days?
