CrossFit Requires Mental Focus

Top CrossFit athletes know in order to perform at the elite level their mental focus and preparation has to be as strong as their physical strength and preparation. Concentration, Confidence, Control and Commitment (the 4 C’s) are generally considered the main mental qualities that are important for successful performance in most sports including the sport of fitness – CrossFit!
* Concentration – ability to maintain focus
* Confidence – believe in one’s abilities
* Control – ability to maintain emotional control regardless of distraction
* Commitment – ability to continue working towards your goals
These CrossFit kids are working on their mental focus during a CrossFit WOD, which required concentration and focus during intense exertion.
5 Rounds:
10 Squats
10 Push Ups
10 Pull Ups
In between each round draw a card with a State name and then put a pin on the map identifying that State.
