Heather, good information. Has me paranoid though ... can I give up flavored creamers for my coffee? I don't know ... I may carry a coffee mate french vanilla creamer to my grave! Wimpy, I know! Anyhow...we read through this post and talked about it in my chatroom the other night ... thanks for sharing!

hate to be a wet blanket....but i saw yesterday on one of those morning news programs that the Phosphorous (i think) in pop pulls CALCIUM out of your bones to balance it. because of what is in the drink.....

can we drink these drinks at all? when were they invented?

I have been on juice, water, milk since hearing this. I need all the calcium my body needs.....not pulled out of my bones by a drink I can decide not to drink. !

Bad news, I went by Jason's Deli today for my Dr. Pepper fix and they no longer sell Dublin Dr. Pepper. I was devastated. I emailed my brother in Texas and he's going to hook me up. Thanks Heath, you're a life saver.

hey heather,
good stuff.
It's crazy how much stuff has HFCS. Luna and CLIF bars are great energy bars without it, almost all the others have it....
what gets me is bread. why put that in bread? We've got a whole grain we use that doesn't contain HFCS... but it was tricky to find.

hope all is well.
