New Preschool Website
Aug 13th, 2007 by admin in Uncategorized
I just spent the better part of the weekend building a new website for the Garnett Bilingual Preschool. Coached by my brilliant husband, we decided to go with a blog format with static pages to display information. A new website in less than 48 hours, you’ve got to love WordPress.

Hey, looks great.
Just a thought, shouldn’t a web site for a bi-lingual, dual immersion pre-school be in English and Spanish? Now how you would do that I don’t know. Can you create another one in a parallel universe or something completely in Spanish and have some kind of button that can switch you between the two?
Keep up the good work!
Good point, if I’d written it in Spanish as well it would have taken me all month, not just a few days. “Mi Espanol no es muy bueno.”
We also own the domain http://www.preescuelabilnguegarnett.com which we’ve designated for the Spanish version of the site, so I think we can link the two through the parallel universe. Good think’n.
That sounds great. The only Spanish I know is, “Como esta friole, hombre?”
Translation: “How you bean, man?”
Peace.
Congratulations! Great web site! I’d definitely enroll my kids if we only we didn’t live on a different continent!
Thanks for all your encouragements. It was a lot of fun to put together. Please stay tuned, the Spanish version will be up and running soon.
long time no post!
Our loss.
